Linh Ho is a dynamic, team-oriented GameSense Manager who leads staff, operations, and programming at the Encore Boston Harbor Information Center.

Linh first worked as a slot attendant for Plainridge Park Casino. There, he explained to guests how slot machines worked and the corresponding pay tables and jackpots. Since joining GameSense, Linh rapidly broadened his industry knowledge to table games and sports wagering. Today, he proudly serves as a first point of contact for patrons to ensure play stays healthy and enjoyable. As a GameSense Manager, Linh also serves as a public representative and gives presentations to community groups and organizations.

Raised on the South Shore, Linh graduated from Mount Ida College. He speaks Vietnamese.
