Phil Sherwood

Chief Communications Officer

Phil Sherwood is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in communications, advocacy, and policy in the public and nonprofit sectors.

As MACGH’s Chief Communications Officer (CCO), Phil leads all facets of the organization’s communications and public affairs. He provides strategic counsel on various advocacy, advertising, marketing, and public relations projects and campaigns. Notably, he manages the arguably most robust, respected player health and problem gambling communications programs in the nation.

Phil resides in New Hampshire, where he was born and raised. Beyond his work, he enjoys volunteering, jazz, and nursing injuries from his fast-pitch competitive baseball days.
