The Voluntary Self Exclusion Program allows people to exclude themselves from all Massachusetts casinos by registering themselves with a Designated Agent. Designated agents are community providers who are trained and approved by the Mass Gaming Commission to help clients exclude themselves from all Massachusetts casinos for one year, three years, five years or a lifetime.
