Amy is an empathy-driven leader who oversees operations and patron engagement at the MGM Springfield GameSense Information Center.
Amy witnessed the program’s launch in 2015 and has played a major part in its success. She’s an adept professional, fusing her creativity, compassion, and counseling skills with industry knowledge. Amy regularly interfaces as a public ambassador of GameSense, speaking to media outlets and various groups.
Amy brings 18 years of casino experience from five jurisdictions. She worked her way from a table games dealer to a shift manager. She attended THE Ohio State University on a full athletic scholarship and graduated with a degree in literature and film. Amy spends her off-hours enjoying fine dining, literary fiction, and the struggles of being a Cleveland Browns fan.
