Anita makes a difference in people’s lives as an approachable, trusted GameSense Advisor out of Encore Boston Harbor. 

Anita has worked in customer service and administrative support roles in gaming throughout her career. Most recently, she was a rewards representative at Encore Boston Harbor, answering patrons’ questions and ensuring that internal policies and regulations were enforced. Today, she brings these organizational and communication skills to educate patrons in managing their time, budget, and limits while playing.

Anita has an academic background in computer information science, having received an AAOT from Lane Community College, which transferred to the University of Oregon. She speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, along with some Japanese.
