Michael Tuplin

Chief Operating Officer

About Me:
Michael Tuplin is the Chief Operating Officer at the MACGH, where he leads strategic and operational initiatives across the organization to enhance service delivery, team cohesion, and long-term sustainability. With a deep understanding of health care administration and community-based services, Michael is responsible for overseeing multi-program operations, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission to support gaming populations through thoughtful awareness and compassionate care.

Prior to his current role, Michael served in multiple leadership positions in the behavioral health and addictions sector. He held operational and managerial roles that honed his expertise in integrated care, program development, and team leadership across residential and community-based services.

Michael earned his MBA in Health Care Administration from the New England College of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College where he competed on the school’s ice hockey team. Michael lives just south of Boston where he enjoys planning out his gardens, playing with his German Shepherd Dog, and completing home renovations with his wife.
