With more than 30 years of market research expertise, Phil guides MACGH’s work with strategic precision and dedication to the ever-evolving worlds of gambling and gaming.
Prior to MACGH, he owned a nationally-recognized research firm, conducting studies for over 20 government-sponsored lottery programs and vendors. He also was the Director of Lottery Research for the Connecticut Lottery. In both capacities, he specialized in large-sample quantitative research and qualitative focus group studies. Today, as Director of Research Services, Phil draws on this knowledge to ensure MACGH’s programs and consulting services are grounded in cutting-edge data.
Phil earned a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and an M.A. from Kent State University in Ohio. A college athlete and former ski instructor, Phil now enjoys less demanding pursuits including golf, bowling, and mountain biking.
His job, in his words:
“As the Director of Research Services, I’m primarily responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of data and evaluations for GameSense and training.”
